From 5th July – 8th July 2019 the Bench Maji Coffee Farmers Cooperatives Union organized an Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) training of trainers (‘ToT’) in Mizan Teferi a town in Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples’ Region of Ethiopia where the union headquarter is based. The training was carried out in the framework of the union’s strategy entitled “Enhancing performance through ICTs” to improve connections and communication among members and across organizations as well as clients based in different parts of the world.
